Activate the pad by bending the small metal chip back and forth with the thumb and forefinger of both hands. Maintain the pressure until thge content begins to crystalise.
The Pad will then heat up.
The pad is now ready to be used where you need the heat. The active ingredient of the pad is sodium acetate. Which is harmless.
After use :-
Wrap the pad in a cloth and place in boiling water for 8-10 mins until the crystals disolve. The pad will become gel like again. Leave to cool, and then reuse, over and over again!
